The Willow Creek Owners Association (WC HOA) is dedicated to enhancing the community living experience for the 45 homes in the Willow Creek subdivision. We strive to create a cohesive and vibrant neighborhood where residents can make lasting memories. Through our various initiatives and events, we aim to foster a strong sense of community and belonging.

Our Story
Willow Creek's Owners Association was incorporated in July, 1999, and has been committed to upholding the standards of the neighborhood and addressing the evolving needs of our residents ever since. The homes in Willow Creek were "Phase 1"and were built by custom builder David Ballard. Providence Ridge, our sister community, was the second phase of the development.
